Animal Communication 3 - Pets in Spirit

Continued from Part 2
As we continue to study the different methods of communicating with animals, let us consider those pets that have passed. This type of communication requires you to be in a place where you are not dealing with depression. So to begin, you must consider where you are in the healing process. Mourning the loss of a beloved pet takes time and only YOU can determine how this effects your state of mind. When you are ready to try and make a connection, follow these simple steps.

Choose a photo of your pet that has crossed over.  Sit quietly with the picture and imagine yourself beside your pet. Think of a memory that invokes your love energy, and feel it as it bubbles to the surface. Feel the warmth of its fur (or whatever it is covered in), the sound of its beating heart, the look in their eyes, their scent and how you "feel" whenever you are with this animal. This is the energy you will use to "link up" with your pet.  You will be using the same methods described previously, so let us review.
I outlined it in Part 1.

You will begin with a prayer of silence asking for protection as you open up to the ether world. This is what I use:
To my highest guides and helpers second to none
Please protect me at this time of meditation
Knowing that everything that is said, heard, felt or sensed is with absolute love
as I blend with my conscious and become one with my spirit.
I wish to communicate with (insert Pet's name) and I ask for your assistance in bringing this about.
I thank ALL THAT IS.

You may now continue with your eyes closed or open (I do it eyes closed as it keeps me in the zone.) Next, begin sending thoughts of LOVE to your pet. See this love energy as white light washing over the animal. Feel the connection as this white light continues to bathe the animal and just let yourself sink into this sensation of absolute LOVE. You may begin to feel a bit emotional, this is perfectly normal. This emotion is your heart energy opening up and blending with your beautiful pet.

Ask permission to speak with your pet. You may get a sensation of a wall or a block, if so, thank your pet and try again later. You have just felt what it is to get a "busy signal" or "not now." You may get a warm comfortable sensation and this is a "yes."

Start by being perfectly still in this space and send an image that will remind your pet of your special relationship. Begin with only one memory, for example: You feeling them nuzzle against your skin. Just stay with that tender moment a bit—and feel your heart opening more and more to the animal in spirit. It is a wonderful state of bliss and you may feel their love washing over you in return. Some people actually "feel" body temperature shifts, prickly skin, heart flutters, ears ringing, etc. Do not be alarmed, this is just your physical body blending with the vibrational energy of the animal.  You are both energy and although you are physical, you both connect through your beautiful spirits.

Now it is time to ask a question. Imagine your question floating within a bubble and send it to your pet. Trust that they have heard you, and wait.

Keep the question very simple and focus on the feelings and reason surrounding your question.

Ask OPEN questions. Closed questions will only allow the animal to respond in Yes or No. For example, "Do you visit me?" is a closed question."
"Which room do you like best when you visit me?" is an open question.

Next comes the trusting part. Sit in silence after sending your question accepting they have heard the question and stay in this love energy.

See their response in a bubble as it returns to you and pops open with a reply. Again it may be a thought, feeling, image, sound, taste or just a knowing. Often it can come quickly before you have even asked the question as they are reading your thoughts and excited you are communicating in their language.

Next just feel everything that comes to you. Do not think about it or try to engage any logic just allow the communication to wash over you. THIS TAKES PRACTICE, so if you do not feel or sense anything the first time, do not give up.

Before ending the communication always ask if there is something else your pet would like to share.

Thank them for this connection and leave them with this beautiful white light of love energy. Write EVERYTHING down in your journal.

This is a wonderful way to continue the loving relationship once they have crossed. It takes commitment and practice, but ALL can do this. I have seen many unbelievers come away from these sessions, filled with gratitude as they have glimpsed the heart energy sent to them from across the veil. Always keep a journal and be sure to TEACH OTHERS as this brings tremendous healing for both YOU and your beloved pet that misses you dearly.

In my next blog we will discuss communicating with part 4 Missing Animals. Learn to connect with an animal that is missing and help others, ALL can do this.

Metaphysical Enlightenment

If you're like me you have explored metaphysics as part of your journey. There are many places during your adventure to stop and rest. Numerology, Astrology, Tarot, Runes, Crystals...the list goes on and on. But where does it all lead?

Hopefully it is moving you toward a place where your vibration is lifted. One of the best ways to raise your vibration is through meditation. This simple daily self "time-out" exercise can help develop your intuition, enhance your creativity and connect you to your higher self.

It only takes 15 minutes. Just begin with an introductory prayer (see link below) to ask for protection and set your intention.  Always be sure to state exactly what you are hoping to achieve.
Some examples of setting your intention are:
Meeting your guides
Spiritual development- seeing, hearing, sensing
Spiritual connection - loved ones

As you meditate daily be sure to keep a journal. Hopefully, if your journal is like mine, you will be given insight to help you with your journey. Here is a sample out of my journal:

Meditation on Beach: A pool of deep blue water that appeared to have bubbling water underground- green tiny shoots of grass peeking up.
A birds wing appears and the feathers are all disassembled and they are each numbered…someone is showing me the different feathers and how they all get reassembled into a wing—I finish the meditation to find a gang of seagulls sitting all around me.

I am often given visions regarding water and water conservation. The bird's wing reminds me of the order in nature.  Raising your vibration gives you a deeper respect for the earth's resources and inhabitants.

Meditation: I am speaking with a man and I am asking him about true north he tells me to look up- I do and suddenly I am looking down over a building- I can see it is near where I live so I adjust my vision and I am seeing over the top of our condo on the Clearwater Bay, FL—amazing.

Who is this man? Most likely a guide as I often find myself with someone instructing or teaching me. I was so amazed that I could look up and find myself peering sky-high down on my home like a bird.  Raising your vibration enables you to use thought to see the universe.

Think of your daily meditations as your oasis during your journey. Continue with your seeking and enjoy the adventure but always remember that your compass lies within.

Mystic Filters Who Are YOU Listening To?

Who's voice are YOU listening to?
Is meditation just for spiritual people? Why would anyone need to learn how to do something so simple? Life is made up of many different species of people, well maybe not species per say, but face it we are pretty animal-istic in our pack behavior at times:)

Some people choose to use religion and special prayers in their communication with God, Source or Is. Others choose silent prayer in their own way and do not belong to any organized religion but still feel their childhood upbringing regarding the church's views are close to their own, without the need to attend a service. Many have chosen to find a road to inner peace by venturing from one form of belief system to another. They're in an experimental phase and time will tell how they proceed along their journey.

Some non-church goers now exploring Tarot, Astrology and Numerology seem to have swapped out church for a new ideology. Some, not all, seem unaware that they are venturing into a pattern of thinking put before them by others. Who's voice is guiding them and can they honestly say that it is truly their own? I find each of these methods fascinating and feel they are very valuable tools in gaining knowledge from the universe. I encourage beginners to look within when approaching new avenues regarding this connection as I feel it should be approached with respect.

Some do not want ANY communication or attention to anything spiritual.

Others choose to interact with God, Source, Is or whatever name they choose, with the help of meditation as well as a link to their own spirit, guides and helpers. And some do not want to connect with anything other then their subconscious. This is all a matter for the individual, and I mention the many different avenues as an example of how each of us is on our own path. Does it make one better then the other? No, of course not, it just makes us different in our walks.

For those of you going through your lives as if you are in "survival" mode... you get up, eat, go to work, come home, eat, watch tv or read, sleep and start the day again in order to meet your physical needs. Meditation can be a wonderful escape from the gerbil wheel. I have spent many years on that wheel and I understand it well...but one day I got off:)

I teach Sæ-sii meditation because it has helped me discover new horizons and possibilities in my life. I was able to examine my journey as if seeing it for the first time in its rawest state. What makes me happy? Why do I choose what I read, watch or interact with? Why am I attracted to certain people? Why do I dislike specific things that have popped up in my life? How can I redirect my path to move with my passion of purpose?

Meditation can bring about a gradual change in your life that helps you feel more harmonious with the planet. Perhaps you will look upon a person struggling to open a door while juggling keys and packages and lend a hand, maybe your eyes will slowly open to the litter around that never raised its head before and you are stooping to pick it up. Simple acts of kindness to others. I used to kill every insect in my path...now I am aghast at my previous behavior, after all we are all sharing the planet and who made me the head Bug Squasher?
Because of your uniqueness – there is no way of telling how it will effect you, but I can assure you it will.

It is a simple 15 minute "time out" activity of doing NOTHING that will help create abundant self-love. This enables you to be peaceful and desire to make a difference in the world around you. It reveals your value and encourages feelings of inner beauty. You know best what is good for you, not a book or a TV or a video. Not a teacher at a workshop lecturing about principals and applications...just your inner voice who knows you quite well. Meditation is an easy routine and your beautiful spirit, your intuition and your inner guidance is waiting to meet you. Try it and see for yourself...after all YOU'RE WORTH IT.
